April 2018 Employment Law Seminar: Major Changes in California Law
April 7, 2018
New California Employment Laws
Are you running into trouble trying to understand California’s newest employment laws? At our law firm, we understand the importance of helping our clients find solutions to their employment law problems. We have developed a series of seminars to help our clients plan and defend against workplace litigation that may arise due to these new employment laws. These seminars are free of charge and open to all employers, HR specialists, and other concerned parties.
At Arata, Swingle, Van Egmond, and Goodwin, we aim to protect our clients’ rights by providing straightforward legal counsel based on 100-plus years of legal knowledge and experience. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution for each of our clients. We’ve helped clients defend against frivolous lawsuits, avoid large fines, and resolve insurance coverage issues.
At the seminar, you will have to opportunity to meet two of our employment law attorneys, Gregory J. Goodwin and Racquel A. Hatfield. Gregory Goodwin has experience handling workplace litigation, including wage claims, discrimination and wrongful termination cases. Racquel Hatfield is also experienced in California employment law and, in addition, has provided mediation and counsel to clients wishing to reach compromises outside of court. These experienced attorneys are happy to share their years of legal knowledge with their clients.
Our next seminar will be held April 11th, 2018. For more information about this upcoming seminar or to RSVP, contact Sally at Arata, Swingle, Van Egmond, and Goodwin. Tel: 209-522-2211.
